Carlo's Bakery has been introduced to everyone one television with the famous show Cake Boss. The bakery started in 1910 by a father who wanted to provide to his four children, yet leaving the legacy to his son,daughters and wife.

For main course you can't go wrong with seared salmon with asparagus and salsa Verdi, the seafood risotto or the Sicilian style sirloin with capers, anchovies and olives. If you still have room for dessert try the chocolate praline or the honeycomb ice cream!
